Eligibility and accounts
By using the game, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Code. You must meet the minimum age shown in the Google Play listing and be legally able to agree to these Terms. Clap Cheekz is not designed for children.
Clap Cheekz starts with an anonymous player identity. You may link an email to protect progress and restore it on another device. You are responsible for credentials and activity through your account. Do not sell, share, impersonate, or transfer an account without written permission.
CyFi Network may restrict an account to protect players, investigate fraud or abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Eligible decisions can be appealed through Account Safety & Appeals.
Game rules and fair play
Use Clap Cheekz only for lawful, personal entertainment. You may not:
- Cheat, automate play, exploit defects, or manipulate matchmaking.
- Access another player's account or private information.
- Disrupt the game, backend, billing, moderation, or security.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Create or distribute fraudulent purchases, receipts, gas, gifts, rewards, or virtual items.
- Use social features in violation of the Community Code.

Virtual gas, drinks, rewards, and gifts
Gas, drinks, cards, rewards, gifts, and other virtual items are licensed game features. They are not money, deposits, securities, stored value, or property; have no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash; and cannot be transferred outside an approved in-game feature.
Roulette, Craps, 21, Baccarat, Lucky 7, and other wager-style games use only closed-loop virtual game resources. Clap Cheekz does not provide cash-out, real-money wagering, or monetary prizes.
CyFi Network may correct balances affected by an error, duplicate settlement, refund, chargeback, fraud, or violation. It will not arbitrarily remove valid purchases.
Purchases
Android purchases are processed through Google Play. The displayed price, currency, taxes, confirmation, refund eligibility, and payment method apply. CyFi Network does not receive full card or bank details.
Except where law or Google Play policy requires otherwise, virtual items become available after verified settlement and are consumed as used. A refund, reversal, or chargeback may remove related unused items or create an account adjustment if they were already spent.
For support, include the Google Play order ID and player username, but never send a password, full card number, or purchase-token value.
Ownership and service changes
Clap Cheekz, its characters, software, art, music, text, branding, and service design are owned by CyFi Network or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal entertainment.
Features, levels, balance, availability, and supported devices may change as the game evolves. CyFi Network may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue a feature. When practical, material changes affecting paid access will be communicated through the game, support site, or store listing.
Disclaimers, liability, and termination
Clap Cheekz is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. CyFi Network does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, CyFi Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
You may stop using the game or permanently delete an account. CyFi Network may suspend or terminate access for material breach, safety threat, fraud, legal requirement, or serious service risk. Ownership, valid payment adjustments, liability, and legally required records survive termination.
These Terms may change with features, providers, or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated for material revisions.
Social features
Messages, usernames, live rooms, and other social features must follow the Community Code. You can block and report another player. CyFi Network may review report-relevant evidence, remove content, restrict chat or social play, temporarily suspend an account, or permanently ban serious or repeated violations under its audited moderation process.
