Google Play displays the final local price, currency, and applicable tax before purchase. Availability and local prices may vary by country.
Delivery and restoration
Gas is credited only after Google Play reports a completed purchase and the Clap Cheekz server verifies the receipt. Pending, canceled, declined, duplicate, or invalid purchases are not credited.
If delivery is interrupted after payment, reopening the signed-in app lets the verified receipt reconcile without duplicate credit.
Refunds and reversals
Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play policy and applicable law. Players can use Google Play purchase-history and refund tools or contact us for delivery support.
When Google Play reports a refund, revocation, or chargeback, related virtual gas is reversed. If it was already used, the account may receive a balance adjustment or temporary purchase restriction while the transaction is reviewed. Valid purchases are not intentionally credited or reversed more than once.
No cash value
Gas and other virtual items are entertainment features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred outside an approved in-game feature. Clap Cheekz does not offer real-money wagering or cash-out.
Purchase support
Email admin@cyfinetwork.com with the player username, Google Play order ID, product name, and approximate purchase date.
Never send a password, full card number, bank credentials, or purchase-token value. We may request limited additional information needed to match the transaction while minimizing personal data.
